The El Paso Firemen & Policemen's Pension Fund will be conducting an election to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Stanley Hayes.
Nominations will be accepted from January 28, 2016 through February 12, 2016. You must use the attached Nomination Form (or a copy thereof) to submit your nomination. Additional copies may be obtained by contacting the Pension Administration office at 771-8111.
Nomination forms must be returned via mail or hand-delivery to the Pension Administration office, 909 E. San Antonio, El Paso, Texas, 79901, or send a facsimile copy to the Pension Administration office at 779-6693. The deadline for receipt of your nomination form is 5:30 p.m. on February 12, 2016. Nominations received before January 28, 2016 or after the deadline of February 12, 2016 will be returned. The Pension Administration office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and closed Friday.
On February 15, 2016 the candidatesí names will be posted as well as information reference voting by mail, telephone, internet or E-Ballot.
Amendments to the Plan Document regarding the Forward DROP program passed by a vote of all active members. The results can be found below. The results will be certified by the Fund's Trustees at the February board meeting on Wednesday, February 24th.
